Susan Ashmun 🌿

I ran across this enormous ivy growing up a tree when we were doing some clearing. (Unbelievably, the Olmsteds planted 1100 Hedera ivy here in 1917) It was calling out to be used in a new way with its beautiful fuzzy climbing roots still attached. I gathered other woodland plants to make an arrangement.

I love the woodland arrangement, the beautiful log and the stunning photograph against the dramatic black background.

So creative! You definitely have an eye of seeing the beauty of individual specimens and how nicely they can combine with others.
