Beautiful and I can almost smell it from here. Looking at this gives me Wisteria envy! We inherited a Wisteria variety on Samish, but it has never bloomed. Tips?

The advice I have always been given is never buy a wisteria that is not in bloom! My advice to you would be to buy a new wisteria in bloom of whatever variety you wish. They can be fragrant. I love fragrance whenever you can have it. I love white as it is beautiful on a moonlight evening.
